Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices including trade related and non-trade related (staff claim, office expenses etc)
- Ensure invoices are being processed timely and accurately
- Ensure all payment made updated in accounting systems
- Prepare payment in cheque method and bank transfer
- Manage prepayment schedule and fixed asset register
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Perform SOA reconciliation with local vendor and overseas agent
- Prepare and submit AP Aging report to manager
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Finance
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting
- Knowledge in using SAP software will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
