Job Summary
As a Product Intern at JCI, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our product development team to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the product lifecycle. This internship program is designed to provide you with a challenging and rewarding experience, as you actively participate in various stages of product ideation, development, and launch. You will work under the guidance of our Product Manager, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the world of product management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to inform course development strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product manager, Sales Team and Management to brainstorm and generate innovative course/training ideas that address market demands and align with the company's vision.
- Assist in defining product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, market research, and internal stakeholder inputs.
- Support the Product Manager in project planning, monitoring milestones (liaising with courseware developers), and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Assist in administrative procedures relating to Product development and the team
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful course launches.
