To support the Business Development team in the facilitation of campaign launches through servicing of strategic landlord partners and in the pitching of new business as required.
This is an administrative role with external client communications. The ideal candidate is well-organised, meticulous and numerate with good business communication skills.
Job Description
- Liaise with relevant stakeholder for site access permissions to facilitate campaign installations and dismantling works.
- Monthly Sales reports and Quarterly Business Updates preparation.
- Facilitate landlord partners content changes.
- Support Business Intelligence monitoring.
- Support media asset launchs through co-ordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Government licensing, minute-taking & other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or similar with minimum 2 years working experience.
- Detail oriented & meticulous.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI.
- Good spoken and written Business English competencies.
- Proactive and strong sense of ownership.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge
- Experience in:
- Advertising or Outdoor-of-Home Advertising knowledge.
- Commercial building marketing or operations experience.
Desirable Criteria
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to learn and contribute.
