Responsibilities:-
- Report to Finance Manager
- Preparation of Sales invoices and credit notes
- Assist in Preparation of Payments
- Posting of entries to accounting system
- Assist in Credit Control (sending monthly Statement of Accounts/invoices/follow ups on collections)
- To follow up and update Time Sheets
- To maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance of internal control/regional guideline
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Internship duration of 3 to 6 months
