The role of a Social Media Recruitment Consultant revolves around business development and generating revenue while engaging with candidates and your colleagues. Through building a strong understanding with your colleagues you will provide tailored solutions on the recruitment needs of the candidates. Many proactive initiatives are needed to brainstorm and derive unique social media strategies to build brand relevance. Analysing data and retrieving insights that will help understand our audience should be a second nature.
Setting up benchmarks and monitoring social media campaigns to grow and reach and build a network of advocates. You will source and present opportunities to suitable candidates and manage the end to end recruitment process. The role also includes being a business partner to candidates, providing market updates, career, interview and CV advice based on your professional expertise and market knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
You are a diploma or degree holder with 0 to 5 years of experience and have demonstrated a strong track record of success in the recruitment arena. You are a self starter and a team player, driven and determined with good commercial acumen. Due to the nature of the job, you also need to be creative and excited about content creating with vast experience with social media campaigns. You are truly data and insights driven with experience in managing social media accounts.
You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people. Prior experience in an insurance companies’ environment will be advantageous.
