Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers' enquiries
- Provide solutions to customers online (emails, social media and etc)
- Ability to communicate with customers promptly and attentive to their requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses at least O & N level, A level, Diploma (ITE and Uni Graduate are welcome to apply)
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably one specializing in customer service and communication
- Full Time positions (Permanent Part-Timers are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with CRM and general office software would be an added advantage
- Good Command of English is a must and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $1,800.00 to $2,500.00 /month
