As an IT intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance the competitiveness of Jewel Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses; as well as make Jewel Changi Airport a world class lifestyle destination, acclaimed for excellence in operations and service. You will also be able to gain practical experience in troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of end-user devices and software applications support.
Responsibilities:
Power Automate & Support
- Design and create new Power Automate workflows based on business needs, aiming for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users utilising Power Automate workflows effectively and document the design & flows for ease of reference.
End User Support
- Involved in new technology introductions and technology obsolescence, including operating system, core applications (Office, browser, etc), security tools and other core technologies.
- Deploy and administer IT systems in the assigned region, including end-user desktops/laptops, computing servers, network equipment, voice and video hardware and mobile devices.
- Providing assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
Requirements
• Currently pursing degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS operating systems, common productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
• Basic understanding of Active Directory / Group Policy.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications.
• Willingness to learn and possess customer-focused attitude.
• Bonus to have RPA / Power Automate knowledge.
