- Help in operation of our retail store
- Speak to our jewellers worldwide
- Support the team in reports and presentations
- Involved in the project managing and account servicing of our branding and marketing projects with our jewellers.
- Involved in the coordination process with our design partner and in helping CMO to service the project, to ensure the brief is met and our clients are satisfied.
- Involved in administrative tasks involved in the projects with regards to Enterprise Singapore/Government agencies involved.
The candidate must posses the following:
- Customer relation skills
- Copywriting capabilities and track record (english)
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- With good spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Proficiency in other word processing and web analytics tools (such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, any POS software) will be a plus
- Students with background in marketing and branding preferred
