- Provide customer service support via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers
- Coordinate with customers for ownership transfer and arrange deliveries.
- Process orders and payment at our flagship store
- Arrange and dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.
- Candidate needs to be outspoken, have good interpersonal skills, have great patience , and be customer-oriented.
- Product training will be provided by the company.
