• Assist Sous Chef/Chefs in preparing fine/semi-fine dining cuisine
• Ensure quality of food
• Compliance with the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Complete preparations of house-made ingredients with proper care
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of chefs
