Jil & Yellowtail Pte Ltd – Social Media Graphic Designer Intern

• Working with multiple business units, you will be responsible for creating a wealth of digital product information, marketing material and editorial content, in print and digital formats, which answer the needs of customers both pre-and post-purchase.
• 90% of the role will involve Social Media Creatives and Display banners and your experience should reflect as such.
• Creation for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Delivery, etc), website, PR, and marketing campaigns.
• Create both long and short-form content. This could involve numerous formats including static or dynamic infographics, charts and tables, GIFs, memes etc.
• Various forms of image retouching.
• Work with local creative agencies to ensure campaign cohesiveness and localisation.

Desired skills we are looking for:

• Exceptional with Adobe creative suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Expert knowledge in delivering print and digital assets, with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media assets.
• Must have at least 1 full year of solid experience with digital asset creation, particularly for ecommerce or travel companies.
• Corporate design - solid branding skills across multiple platforms
• Strong typography skills
• Digital illustration skills
• Confident explaining and presenting new concepts to broader content team
• Motion graphics/animation experience would be beneficial
• Film-editing experience desirable but not required
• Must have a solid understanding of written Simplified Chinese
• Fluent in spoken and written English/Chinese
