Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates
• Support the organization's internal sales team with marketing direction
• Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
• Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
• Managing advertising campaigns online and offline
• Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority
• Develop effective recruitment strategies
• Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
• Actively seek out new opportunities & build relationships.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with team
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing better result.
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and potential candidates relationships

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
• Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Full training will be provided
