JN Capital & Growth Advisory is a Venture Builder based in Singapore. We focus on innovation, internationalization & entrepreneurship of tech start-ups across ASEAN, Australia, India and China with a focus on technology in education, healthcare, media and facial recognition & security sectors, especially those with AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data technology. We help start-ups and SME companies to grow by providing advisory, consulting & investment to scale regionally into ASEAN markets.
To support our expansion, we are looking for talented individuals who are eager to develop themselves and have an interest for the Asia Pacific start-up ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and the team to help start-ups navigate through their expansion and uncertainties in the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Post, update, edit and remove career postings from job boards, career pages, IHL career portals and social networks
- Screen resumes and application forms and schedule interviews with suitable candidates
- Prepare employment letter, employment contract and offer letters
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Review and propose improvements for employer branding and employee performance management
- Research, propose and assist the company to participate in any job career fairs
- Market Analysis
- Research, analyse and understand global mega trends post pandemic in industry 4.0 AI, blockchain, cloud, data in healthcare, education, security, media and fintech sectors
- Prepare quality proposals and presentations for different stakeholders with good insights
- Support other tasks as required

Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent is preferred
- Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving to understand complex situations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting and meaningful engagement
- Tech-savvy individuals with good presentation and communication skills, preferably with good understanding of start-up eco-system
- Excellent spoken and written English
