Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Shipyard

Working Location: 156 Gul Circle 

Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am–5.30 pm) Alternate on Sat - 8.30 am- 12.30pm)

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day operational tasks and provide assistance to handle broad range of Company's needs
  • Perform and monitor account Receivables and Account Payables
  • Issue Invoices, Quotation, PO, Create Delivery orders and follow up
  • To assist Account Manager/ Account Executive on the daily accounts related work area
  • Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing
  • Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments
  • Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Answering phone calls
  • Perform other administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :Accounting qualification at least 1 year of relevant accounting working experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and General Accounting
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
  • Thorough with positive working attitude and sense of urgency
  • Prefer candidates- able to start within short notice or immediate
  • Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
  • Expected Start Date: 25/10/2022
