Job Description

Job:

  • Provide ERP Support and Troubleshooting for the subsidiaries in Asia-Pacific Region (Thailand, China, Singapore)
  • To assist the Assistant IT Manager
  • Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of ICT infrastructures, including, PCs, operating systems and associated hardware and software
  • Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance
  • Manage the IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management
  • Write and test programs including implementation of systems
  • Debug and maintain production programs
  • Improvise and review existing codes
  • Enhance software application
  • Technical support
  • Opportunities to support/learn multiple ERP system, SAP, Syteline and M3

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Must be passionate about programming
  • Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Knowledge of programming language, C#, Java, VB and SQL Database
  • Knowledge of excel VBA/Macros is a must
  • Prior experience working in Infor M3 ERP is advantageous
  • Independent and good team player
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential
