OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive
What you will do:
- Establish PR2PO tracking master file and maintain the PR2PO records for SG
- Trace back the PR2PO historical records
- PR triage points interacting with all LOB in SG
- RFQ distribution and quotation collection with candidate suppliers
- Build-up the master list and improve the traceability of PR2PO records
- Restore the master list of PR2PO records for historical records
- Ensure to follow-up in daily basis, control the quality of PR/RFQ, reject the disqualified RFQ, distribute the qualified PR/RFQ to the relevant buyers
- Ensure the RFQ/Quotation process is handled by Proc
How you will do it:
- Document and create records for each PR2PO records
- Work with managers to retrieve historical PR2PO records
- Justify if the received PR/RFQ is qualified with sufficient information, reject those unqualified
- Distribute the qualified PR/RFQ to relevant buyers by ownership
- Contact candidate suppliers for RFQ distribution and quotation collection, prescribed by buyers
What we look for:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in Procurement
- All graduating/non-graduating classes are welcome to apply
- High attention to detail and timeliness
- Min. 12 weeks
