Job Description

What you will do:

  • Provide input to the JCI's campus strategy and get the approaches effectively customized into various business groups, by partnering with business/HR stakeholders
  • Establish and maintaining relationships with identified universities, leading to build up strong JCI branding in the campus
  • Lead the efforts to leverage and best utilize websites and social media platforms to promote the campus activities
  • Design and facilitate the recruiting activities/events on campus
  • Develop comprehensive metrics to timely measure the program effectiveness/efficiency
  • Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles

What we look for:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor degree with some relevant experience in recruitment or HR
  • All graduating/non-graduating classes are welcome
  • Must be able to legally work in Singapore
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills: ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and tasks, and prioritize accordingly
  • Demonstrated communication/presentation skills, being able to increase the awareness of the JCI's campus brand
  • Demonstrated internal and external relationship management skills
  • Excellent customer centric mindset and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to analyze data in clear, organized format and report out key findings
  • Be able to invent and simplify, scaling up the programs through a systematic approach
  • High attention to detail and timeliness
