Are you passionate about joining a team to build insights and analytics capability in Supply Chain Assets Management?
This position is part of the DePuy Synthes Regional Supply Chain organization. We plan and manage APAC Medical Device Supply Chain operations, and this role helps the region manage assets more efficiently and smartly by generating insights and analytics, that enables J&J to deliver crucial medical devices to patients, doctors and nurses promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate business insights requirements and support the development, enhancement and automation of diagnostics tools.
- Refresh and validate existing data workflows for Analytics & Visuals. Perform troubleshooting. Enhance the depth and breadth of insights generation.
- Identify data attributes and trends to perform data segmentation and build self-renewable master hierarchies.
- Maintain and automate monthly data extraction from systems. Simplify data sources and their integration.
- Validating visuals for accuracy, resolve errors and enhance the depth and breadth of insights generation.
Support data flow-to-insight process and data cataloguing.
- Document, catalogue and map current data sources, workflows, datasets, visuals and insights generated.
- Uncover redundancies, identify data consolidation, workflow migration and data processing improvements areas to improve sustainability and accuracy.
- Explore and assess data. Design and create basic data preparation workflow snippets.
- Develop training, best practices and facilitate sharing sessions on data workflow and visualization using Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau.
Faculty / Course Preferred
University undergraduate in Analytics, Data Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Engineering Systems & Design, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management.
