  • Putting together quality packages that may involve complex itineraries
  • Handling all aspects of the travel requirements for Corporate Clients and VIP's
  • Confidently conduct presentations to corporate decision makers
  • Constantly meet sales target expectations
  • Create recurring revenue for the company by sourcing new leads as well as through existing clients
  • Ensure timely processing of travel documents, ticket issuance, invoicing and quotations.
  • Providing expert advice and excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of travel trade experience in Singapore’s travel agency. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Sales Executive or Sales Coordinator role.  
  • Knowledge of working with VIP's and Corporate clients
  • Good understanding of tour package structures and fare rules
  • Able to build relationships
  • Strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Microsoft office skills
