We are looking for a responsible and proactive administrative assistant.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/Singapore PR/Malaysian
- Minimum N/O-Levels
- Preferably Higher Nitec/Diploma Holder
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Preferably has previous related work experience
- Good in MS Office applications
- Good salary based on experience
- General Office hours (Monday to Friday)
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks
- Organize and maintain data and files
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Communicate with clients and internal of department
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
- Able to work independently and meticulously
Salary starts from $1500 per month.
