As our Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in shaping our growth pipeline. You will find potential JoyfulPerson fans (and buyers) and turn them into customers. You’ll plan and execute the strategies for marketing, sales, and account management to help understand who buys our amazing technology and how we can help find more of them.
In your day to day you’ll:
Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
Devise account based marketing strategies to reach out to learning leaders and prospective buyers
Identify and clinch new business opportunities through lead generation strategies such as cold calling, emails or LinkedIn
Maintain and build sales pipeline to the hit allocated sales target
Prepare sales proposals and quotations
Participate in client calls to understand their pain points
Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings
Follow up with leads via email or calls to ensure project closing
You’ll be great for this role if you:
Have at least one year of experience (or have a strong interest) in enterprise sales or account based marketing
Possess great presentation skills in addition to being an adept communicator
Have an ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing customer personas
Have an eye for good copywriting and outreach strategy
Share a strong understanding of basic marketing
Self motivated with the drive to exceed sales target
Ability to think out of the box and take on an innovative approach to solving problems
