Recruitment Role:
- Posting job advertisements on various job portals
- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts & maintaining proper recruitment database
- Shortlisting & contacting all candidates for interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with manager
- Primarily focusing on sourcing & recruiting suitable candidates - Financial Consultant/Admin Staff
- Organizing of career talks and seminars
- Creating network and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes
- Actively sourcing for qualified candidates through various means and sources
- Support any ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned
- Administrative tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least a local Diploma in any field/ A level or equivalent
- No work experience is required
- Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents only
- Preferably possess Microsoft Office skills
