Overall Job Objectives
- Responsible for providing effective administration support to the Operations team and to manage and ensure the smooth operations of the customer service centre.
- Responsible for seeing to the administrative support for the team in successfully implementing projects and initiatives within the Operations department.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily administration support to ensure 100% execution of the SOPs.
- Maintain and update the backend system (e.g. menu change, pricing, stock replenishment, data analytics, etc.)
- Handle customer feedback, liaise with customers on any operational/technical issues and to make recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales and recommend suitable corrective action plans to enhance operational standards and achieve the set KPIs.
- To work closely with cross-functional departments and to ensure the successful roll-out of system enhancements and projects.
- Assist with preparation of operating budget and monthly reviews.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with the Marketing and Operations departments on the implementation of promotions and related programmes/initiatives.
- To provide basic technical support (when required).
- Assist and support the Operations team when required, including site visits.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Specifications
- 5.5 day work week
- No work experience required.
- At least a Diploma in any field.
- Analytical, hands-on team player with positive and mature thinking.
- IT savvy and proficient in Excel.
