We are a young and diverse group with an average age of 26. Our company's purpose is to develop aspiring individuals to provide professional financial services to its clients and groom potential leaders in the field. To date, we have discovered and trained talented producers in our agency who have achieved both financial and academic success. Some of our success stories include clinching the Top Accident and Health Producer, Top Accident and Health Manager Group and Top 5 Managers in 2010, Top Director Productivity and Top Manager Productivity for Accident and Health in 2011, and Top Rookie in 2014, Top Rookie in 2014, as well as attaining Top Life Regular Premium Producer & Top Executive Producer (both 1st Runner up), Executive Entre-Planner Award, and Top Recruiting Manager (2nd Runner up) in 2015. Our Director himself is a veteran and consistent producer with numerous awards under his belt, including the prestigious MDRT and Court of the Table.
