Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls & emails from corporate clients
- To provide information on travel visa requirements & insurance
- Liaise with the airlines & overseas JTB offices for the operational works
- Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing.
- To maintain & update the corporate client’s profile in the system
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling corporate clients
- Familiar with GDS, preferably Sabre system
- Excellent communication & written skills in English & Japanese to support the Japanese corporate clients’ travel enquiries
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
