Julia Gabriel Centre Pte Ltd – Programme Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Enrol new students through walk–ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children.
• Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
• Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change, fee collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centres.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.
• To work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives, to ensure enrolment growth at Julia Gabriel Centre.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
• 5 days’ work week 
• Must be able to work on both weekends
• Off days will be on weekdays
• Bilingual as required to liaise with Chinese speakers
• Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
• Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and self-motivated, a team player
• Organised and independent

Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.
