They are now looking for an efficient Operations Admin to assist their workflow.

Job Description

Work location: Jalan Besar

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Work from home arrangement is available.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to client’s requests and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings between clients and banks
  • Liaise and follow up with internal employees, partners and banking officers
  • Track and update bank account and loan applications statuses
  • Liaise with finance for invoicing, payments, and receipts
  • Collect, submit and mail documents
  • Scan and email documents to clients
  • Other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience
  • Candidates with corporate services or banking experience is an advantage
  • Able to utilize basic software and virtual meeting platforms (i.e., Google workspace, Zoom etc.)
