Being an eCommerce Assistant allows you to have an overview of how the backend of an eCommerce fashion store operates. Managing our inventory and warehouse both offline and online, gives you the opportunity to be a part of creating the omnichannel experience for modern day shopper.
Job Descriptions:
- Providing top notch customer service to online and offline customers
- Manage online orders and making sure that they are well received by consumers
- Lias with delivery companies regarding orders
- Pick and pack orders, process of return mails, making sure the after-service is fast and efficient
- Repacking of apparels, making sure that apparels are neat and tidy before it is shipped out to customers
- Stock take incoming shipment and make sure that warehouse is neat and tidy at all times
- Uploading of products on online store and marketplaces
- Keep track of inventory level online and offline, make sure that inventory is accurate and well stocked in website, marketplaces and offline stores
- Keep track and mange inventory for both main and secondary warehouses
- Be on the look out for marketplaces to place products
- Assist with general activities to bring Jump Eat Cry’s mission to the world
- Participate in trade shows/fairs
- Assist Co-Founders in daily activities
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Criteria:
- Possess a Diploma/NITEC Certification in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Meticulous and well organized is a must
- Have a “No task is too small” mindset
- Flexible working style
- Able to think & work strategically and systematically
- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach.
- Able to work well independently and with a team.
- Driven and take initiative. Get things done fast!
- Able to meet strict and short deadlines
- A positive attitude to work in a small start up where each team member is willing to cover various roles
- Effective communication skills and a good command of English
- Strong willingness to learn
- Required to work 5 days a week (Including weekends, if required)
- 10am - 5pm
