Job Description
Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide accounting support to the team
- Prepare management accounts for dormant entities.
- Bank reconciliation
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Assist in account payable administration
- Journal entries – Non-trade accrual - Audit, Income tax & Corporate Secretarial
- Assist with GST Reporting
- Invoicing matters
- Filing and administrative duties
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Required profile/ Preferred Discipline
- Business Administration/Accounting students from university/polytechnic
- Strong in communication
- Confident with Microsoft Office Tools
- Open mindset to learn, with an affinity to IT
- Analytic, enjoys working with data and numbers
- Independent and pro-active at work; able to self-organize
- A good team player
Availability and Commitment period
Starting September 2024 (at least for 3 months Full-time)
