Job Description

We are looking for Admin & Accounts Officer who can help contribute to the smoothness of the daily admin operations, maintain accurate records, and supports in various administrative tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Admin and Accounts Officer
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2500
  • Working Area: Pandan Loop
  • Working Days: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday

Job scope includes but not limited to;

HR/Administrative responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling of general admin and accounts activities.
  • Handle communication and coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform HR administration such as maintaining employee records, confirmation, terminations, long service awards, annual leave etc.
  • Assist in registering employees for training courses and updating of individual training records, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
  • Administer Company's subscriptions for phone, internet and utility bills.
  • Perform office administration, such as stationery control, office equipment, travel applications etc.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of any documents if needed.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate journal entries and allocations.
  • Assist to manage accounts payable and receivables.
  • Operate accounting information systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist to plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
  • Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit finding.
  • Assist to manage daily financial activities.
  • Assist to prepare of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and report
  • Assist to manage staff claims and petty cash disbursement

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Diploma or minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent in any field with one year experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Strong service excellence mindset
  • Confident and Good communication and written skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and as a team and to take initiative in executing tasks
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task and manage work priorities.
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
