Job Description
Provide IT technical support/troubleshooting for PC desktops, laptops, printers and inhouse web application. Maintain software license and hardware inventory record. Assist in Training and User manual Documentation. Project for the Student to learn and contribute, ---------------------------------------------------------- Set up retail TV consisting of linked LCD displays delivers commercial messaging and information to walk in customers at the front desk counter. Able to troubleshoot Hardware/Software/Network problems. Good working knowledge on Win2K/XP, MS office applications. Knowledge in IT Security and networking will be an advantage. Bilingual in English & Chinese. Good customer service and communication skills Working Hours: 11am - 8pm, 5 days week
