Job Description

Customer Service Agent (Up to 2k Basic + 5k Joining Bonus + 13 Mth Aws )

  • Provide bespoke and memorable experience for all passengers
  • Help facilitate check in process for passengers
  • Ensure smooth process for arrivals and departures
  • Ensure that customers feel welcomed
  • Handle buffet table visual presentations as well as frontline duties such as greeting of guests
  • Perform administrative work when required

STAFF BENEFITS: 

  • SHIFT ALLOWANCE ($200-$300)
  • 13TH MONTH SALARY
  • PERFORMANCE BONUS
  • $5000 JOINING BONUS 

Working Days:6 days a week, rotating shift

0430 to 1330

0530 to 1430

0630 to 1530

0730 to 1630

Afternoon

1230 to 2230

1430 to 2400

1500 to 2400

1630 to 0200

1830 to 0200

Night

2130 to 0700

2200 to 0730

Requirements/Core competencies:

  •  Possess a friendly and cheerful outlook
  • Customer service oriented willing to go the extra mile
  • Proficient in English and a second language to communicate with international passengers
  • All ages welcome to apply
  • GCE N/O/A Level may apply
  • NiTEC in Airport Operations/Higher NITEC in Passenger Services may apply
  • Diploma in any fields may apply
