We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be learning the ropes from a licensed Financial Planner, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in achieving their financial goals and securing their financial future. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in providing comprehensive financial planning services tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
1-1 Mentorship will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial status by evaluating their income, expenses, investments, insurance coverage, and tax strategies.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients to define short-term and long-term financial goals, such as retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth accumulation.
- Customized Planning: Develop personalized financial plans that encompass investment strategies, risk management, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Investment Strategies: Recommend appropriate investment portfolios based on clients' risk profiles, financial goals, and market trends, while keeping their preferences and time horizon in mind.
- Regular Monitoring: Continuously review and monitor clients' financial plans and investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Financial Education: Educate clients about financial concepts, investment options, and potential risks, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and adapting strategies to changing circumstances.
- Networking: Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide comprehensive financial solutions and enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Diploma from a local polytechnic (TP, SP, NYP, RP, NP)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance
