Job Description

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries.
Learn and follow recipes and production techniques under the guidance of experienced bakers.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to bakery standards.
Observe and participate in the dough fermentation, shaping, and baking processes.
Assist with decorating cakes and pastries, including frosting, piping, and garnishing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Support the team with inventory management, including tracking ingredient usage and restocking supplies as needed.
Participate in daily operations, including setting up and cleaning workstations and equipment.
