Key Responsibilities:
Work Pass Transactions: Manage and process work pass applications and renewals for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee hours and related data.
Employee Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Liaison: Act as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR matters, addressing queries and providing support.
Government Liaison: Coordinate with relevant government agencies on work pass issues and other HR-related matters.
Gov License Application: Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for the gov licenses.
Employment Contracts: Prepare and manage employment contracts for new hires, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Tax Filing Support: Assist with the preparation of tax documentation and filings related to employee compensation.
Ad Hoc Duties: Support the HR team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist with onboarding new employees, and participate in HR process improvements.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
