Sales & Logistics Intern 

J&W Premium and Exclusive Pte. Ltd. is a newly start-up company, and has been operating in Singapore since 2014. We’re a group of young and energetic professionals striving for every goal in life. We are an E-commerce retail company, our current focus is mainly on home electronic products. 

Being a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME), new projects and market projection is an essential for the business to grow. The key essential for the growth starts with the work from the team. This new position would require the candidate to take up challenges in different areas. Working in our company will never be a mundane routine, as new and exciting projects will constantly be rolled out. 

The Sales & Logistics Intern will be working under the leadership of the Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting to and taking instructions from the Sales and Marketing Manager. The candidate is required to be involved in daily sales activities, such as handling incoming sales, product launches and product development be it local or overseas. 

The suitable candidate is also required to assist the company in logistical support, and handling customers. Our company does dealings with various foreign clients too. He/ She have to be in constant communication with the team in order to complete most of the tasks assigned. 

Being in the E-commerce industry, social media channels and online platform maintenance is a key essential. Thus, the Sales Logistics Intern will be required to assist in maintaining these platforms together with the team. 

Requirements for this role: 

We are dealing with suppliers from China, thus it would be preferable for the candidate to be able to understand, converse, read and write in Chinese. Knowing other languages will be a plus point. 

Are you Tech-savvy or IT savvy? Having knowledge in digital products and in the E-commerce industry will also  be a plus point. 

Are you ready to take up the challenge? As we are fast-moving daily, willingness to learn quickly will help you to infuse into the company in the shortest time. 

Strong Communication skills and initiative would be a huge advantage for this position. Photoshop or basic photo editing (not selfie type) are required for this position.
