Part-Time/Full-TimeRetail Executive/Interns looking for a sales and marketing role
at our retail outlet in Nex (Serangoon Station)/City Square(Farrer Park station)
Starting October 2016 from:
-Full Shift (9-10hours)
-Half Shift (5hours)
Please only commit if you are flexible in schedule for bothweekdays and weekends for us to slot you in. Those who can commit a minimum of2-3 months will be highly considered.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and being polite to customers at all times
Assisting and answering queries from customers to find theproducts they are looking for, to take initiative to help upsell as well.
Being responsible for processing cash/card payments and handlingcash registers with receipts responsibly. All sales have to be given a receipt
Replenishing stocks once they are low count.
Stocktaking will be done every Monday and Thursday and you areto reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager.
Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes sweeping.
Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters, you are to report any theft to the manager so CCTV in thestore can be reviewed immediately.
Receiving and storing the delivery of stocks
Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting updisplays.
Tallying money in the cash register at the start and end of theday.
Any other duties of the Company that may be assigned to you fromtime to time.
Requirements:
- O levels and above
- 18 years of age and above
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good organizing skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented driven individual
- Customer-orientated with a warm personality
- Presentable looking
