JWEE – Sales and Marketing

Part-Time/Full-Time Retail Executive/Interns looking for a sales and marketing role

at our retail outlet in Nex (Serangoon Station)/City Square (Farrer Park station)

Starting October 2016 from:

-Full Shift (9-10hours)

-Half Shift (5hours)

Please only commit if you are flexible in schedule for both weekdays and weekends for us to slot you in. Those who can commit a minimum of 2-3 months will be highly considered.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and being polite to customers at all times

Assisting and answering queries from customers to find the products they are looking for, to take initiative to help upsell as well.

Being responsible for processing cash/card payments and handling cash registers with receipts responsibly. All sales have to be given a receipt

Replenishing stocks once they are low count.

Stocktaking will be done every Monday and Thursday and you are to reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager.

Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes sweeping.

Responsible dealing with customer complaints.

Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters, you are to report any theft to the manager so CCTV in the store can be reviewed immediately.

Receiving and storing the delivery of stocks

Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Tallying money in the cash register at the start and end of the day.

Any other duties of the Company that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

- O levels and above

- 18 years of age and above

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Good organizing skills

- Self-motivated and results oriented driven individual

- Customer-orientated with a warm personality

- Presentable looking
