Coffee Barista / Server.

"Pure Imagination" is a small batch bean to bar chocolate focused concept by Chef Janice Wong. Cocoa Beans are sourced directly from the farms that we work closely with in cocoa growing regions like Ecuador, Thailand, Colombia and Peru. Situated in Great World Mall in Singapore, the facility is an open concept where one can enjoy the full view of the live chocolate production facility. It is also our R&D facility where new flavors are developed weekly.

Looking for a talented individuals who will bring his/her sales talent, and passion to our company for our Front of House service & retail team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent coffee knowledge: espresso based drinks, filter coffee. 
• Machine and grinder maintanence
• Calibration of coffees for daily service
• Provide good & friendly customer service, cashier duties, cleaning of dining area and dishwashing
• Service of drinks and food items to customers (50% barista/50% service required)
• To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintains safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations

A typical day will include opening and closing cafe, cleaning, building relationship with customers, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers, and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.

Other Requirements

• Able to work weekends & public holidays
• Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate.
• Basic cashiering
• Good customer service, bubbly, attentive
• Restaurant experience recommended: 1 to 2 years
• knowledge of basic drink making (coffee & tea service)
• Commitment of 5days/week
• Uniforms will be provided
