Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and develop processes for essential finance functions such as customer invoicing and inventory management
- Review debtors and follow up with operational suppliers regarding account review, allocation and analysis of statement of account
- Support reporting to senior management by preparing and analyzing monthly financial information and KPIs, such as P&L and Sales
- Support the Finance Director in the monthly closing
- Update and elaborate on procedures related to internal control
- Supervise and coordinate internal and external projects
- Be open to ad hoc duties within the Kacific team
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess initiative and pro-activeness
- Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or candidates with Accounting qualification will be highly regarded
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Ability to adapt to foreign cultures and with an international mind-set
