We are looking for a new Intern Recruiter that can be a part of our young and vibrant team! This role entails a combination of administrative and people management skills, no prior experience in the financial service industry is required.
Key Job Responsibilities
Administrative – Provide administrative support for the Recruitment Activities, duties include but not limited to coordination for pre-activities, onsite duties, post-activities follow up and filing.
Recruitment – Assist head recruiter talent-hunting via online job search platforms and interviewing potential recruits to grow the team
Requirements
• Minimum A level or Local Polytechnic Diploma holders
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
Other information
• Full-time internship of 6 months
• Flexible work arrangement on weekdays with occasional face-to-face meetings
• Required for physical onsite duties during Recruitment Activities, including Weekends
• Remuneration of $500 plus commissions (potential to earn up to $5K monthly)
