Job Description

HR INTERNSHIP


Starts: January 2018


Ends: June 2018


Location: Singapore


 The intern role is responsible for managing/supporting the CHRS team on operational responsibilities in the areas of employee life cycle and system administration. In addition, the intern will be engaged and participate in a few regional projects.

KEY OUTCOMES:

  • Maintain and update HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes, exits
  • Maintain employee personal files – both hard copies and online copies
  • Prepare other HR reports as required
  • Support in Employee Induction program
  • Support in Graduate program administration
  • Support in Regional projects such as Leave Management System, Data clean up, Chat Bot, etc
  • Support HR Business Partner in all business priorities


CAPABILITIES:

•             Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate administrative processes and procedures

•             Basic knowledge of and ability to demonstrate HR systems capability through reporting (performance/learning management, applicant tracking and information systems)

•             Comprehends the necessity to keep all business issues confidential

•             Provides a level of support to assist with resolving issues.
