THE ROLE: International Marketing Intern
Join our vibrant Marketing & Communications team as an International Marketing Intern, where you'll be at the forefront of engaging with recruitment agents, prospective students, and parents across the diverse markets of the Asia Pacific region. Dive into a multifaceted role where you'll craft compelling digital and social media narratives, spearhead event marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with in-country teams to amplify our outreach efforts. Gain invaluable hands-on experience as you navigate multiple marketing touchpoints, from targeted digital campaigns to impactful offline activations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted towards international student recruitment.
- Engage with student community to unearth, feature, and amplify authentic stories showcasing campus life, enriching perspectives, and diverse perspectives within our institution's community.
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, preferences, and opportunities in target international markets.
- Create engaging content for digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and the institution’s website to effectively communicate with international audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as admissions, academic departments, and student services to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with institutional goals and offerings.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events aimed at engaging prospective international students.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance of marketing and communication materials with CPE regulatory guidelines for assigned portfolios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Strong interest in international education and marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Keen eye for design and passion for creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
- Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
