We are looking for a highly motivated, result-driven and passionate individual to join our awesome marketing team! You should be resourceful, creative, and you genuinely care about the details. Your communication and interpersonal skills are unmatched and you are confident. You are comfortable coordinating the work of external suppliers and managing internal responsibilities whilst working to tight deadlines and maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you are working autonomously or as part of a team.
- A brand advocate for Kaplan in Singapore to consistently communicate its value proposition across all owned, earned and paid media channels.
- Creative use of owned and earned channels to maximise organisation’s propositions and positive exposure.
- A brand guardian that supports senior team members in overseeing the accurate and consistent application of the brand identity and tone across all communication channels.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders relating to communication needs with alignment to the Kaplan brand and tone.
- Identify leads for stories and implement them to tell the Kaplan brand story including those useful for marketing communicaions that will benefit the organistion and strengthen its brand positioning.
- Develop engaging and timely content for the Kaplan brand for all owned media (eg. Social media, website, campus environments) and earned media (eg. TV, press) through written posts, write-ups, videos and others related, to build brand awareness and affinity, and drive interest with our audience. This includes working with external agencies to produce the content.
- Organise and produce video interviews for stories with guest speakers, students, lecturers and others.
- Coordinate and support awareness campaigns, corporate events and other activities, including promoting them across our communication touchpoints.
- Monitor and manage Kaplan social media channels to ensure timely repsonses to feedback.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels and across the different departments.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Communications and/or Public Relations

- Experience in content development for social media channels
- Solid knowledge in social media content development and management
- Possess a creative and an analytical mind. A problem solver.
- Highly motivated, resourceful and results-oriented team player
- Able to multi-task and possess high level of initiative
- Quick-thinking and highly meticulous
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in the Chinese language an added advantage
- Fluent in suite of Microsoft Office applications
