We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Programme Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves providing administrative support for pre and post-course activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre and Post-course Preparation/Administration:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Prepare course materials and logistics for class preparation, including
- Collating course material from lecturers (Supplementary Note/Workbook)
- MyKaplan admin
- Canvas admin
- Update orientation slides
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Send course confirmation
- Address student enquiries
- Zoom support (where required)
- 1st level of student support (walk-ins)
- Coordinate exam preparation logistics with IT and Exam Office and respond to student enquiries.
- Monitor weekly attendance and provide academic administrative support.
- Support agent management administrative tasks.
- Conduct class visits and spot-checks to ensure quality and compliance.
Compliance to SOPs / Workflow / CPE Regulatory Requirements:
- Comply with all criteria under the EduTrust Scheme and ensure adherence to corporate governance, student protection, academic processes, and quality assurance requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for CPE as requested.
General Duties:
- Ensure calls and emails are routed to the respective departments.
- Attend to student enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with issuing study materials during class commencement.
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Work Arrangements: Hybrid
