Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Attendance Management - except Graduate Diploma
- Daily/Weekly attendance check and liaison with students/ arrangement for meetings (as necessary)
- Sieving through Student pass list, overseas students and Long Distance Learning list
- Checking system-churned "List of students have no attendance for 7,8,9 days"
- Checking system-churned "Late enrolled report"
- Tracking of MIA/ Zero attendance
- Tracking of attendance severity list (L1/L2/L3)
- Contact and counsel students due to unsatisfactory attendance
- Monthly submission of STP low attendance list to ERO
- Preparing and checking study plans for resumption cases
- Checking of unit entitlements
- Checking on Celcat clashes allocated and assign alternative class(es) and/or make up session
- Low attendance counselling
- Welcome Orientations
- Class Visits
- Assist in phone calls/ walk in queries
- Adhoc projects/ audit events/ ad hoc admin duties assigned by Manager etc
- Attend/ Assist in Graduation ceremonies
- Miscellaneous administrative matters (such as KSS MID creations/update, attendance checks, tracking of students, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma Holder
Other Information
- Excellent Customer service & communication skill
- General Administration.
- 1 year experience in Administration is preferred
- Prior experience in the education industry is preferred
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and outlook
