Job Summary
Admissions Office of Kaplan Singapore performs student selection and admissions exercise in fair, transparent and accurate manner to ensure every applicant meets the minimum entry requirements of the course. The department works closely with internal and external stakeholders in student selection exercises and ensures compliance with the policy and regulation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct admission assessment processes for prospective students, including selection exercises and administering selection tests/interviews (if applicable) for assigned courses.
- Verify applicants' academic and supporting documents to ensure they meet the course entry requirements.
- Collaborate with the Academic Team and University partners to seek academic advice and recommendations on student selection and advanced standing assessment matters.
- Administer and issue Letter of Offer to prospective students based on the approval given by the School or/and University partners.
- Act as a team leader in processing applications for University partners' programmes, ensuring timely and accurate assessment.
- Collect research data via Ecctis/CEP and valid sources for advanced standing/exemption assessment.
- Follow up on the assessment of student applications and update student selection records within the stipulated timeline.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the student selection and admission process based on Kaplan and EduTrust requirements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify and evaluate academic documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and university partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with admission processes and regulations in the education industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications and databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with more than 5 years of experience in admissions or related field.

Working hour ~ Monday - Friday ~ 9am - 6pm
Work Arrangements ~ Hybrid work environment
