Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting admission assessments, verifying applicants' academic and supporting documents, administering selection tests/interviews, and issuing letters of offer to prospective students based on the approval given by the School or/and University partners. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for collecting research data and following up on student's application assessment to ensure records are updated within the stipulated timeline.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct admission assessment (selection exercise) processes for prospective students and administer selection test/interview (if applicable) for assigned courses.
- Verify applicants' academic and supporting documents to ensure the course entry requirements are met.
- Seek academic advice and recommendation from Academic Team/University partners on student selection/advanced standing assessment-related matters.
- Administer and issue Letter of Offer to prospective students based on the approval given by the School or/and University partners.
- Act as a team leader in processing applications for University partners' programmes.
- Collect research data via Ecctis/CEP and valid source(s) for the advanced standing/exemption assessment.
- Follow-up on student's application assessment and update student selection records within stipulated timelines.
- Adhere to rules and regulations of student selection and admission process based on Kaplan and EduTrust requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the education industry.
- Familiarity with local and foreign qualifications.
- Detail orientated and meticulous in application screening to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies and requirements
- Able to make timely decision and complete every task within assigned timeline
- Have good written and verbal communication skills, and able to relate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Disciplined, well-organized, motivated and able to prioritize and manage timelines given.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: Singapore (Central Area - Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
