Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and achieving company sales targets through conducting consultations sessions. The Sales Executive / Sales Consultant will manage SalesForce leads, update following department SOP, and uphold the highest level of customer service to achieve customer compliments KPI. The Sales Executive / Sales Consultant will work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters and collaborate with the Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives (where applicable). The role reports to the Team Manager for all Kaplan sales and administrative matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive and achieve company sales targets
    • Conduct consultations and PV sessions
    • Manage SalesForce leads, update following department SOP
    • Uphold the highest level of customer service and achieve customer compliments KPI
    • Work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters
    • Work cohesively with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives (where applicable)
    • Report to Team Manager for all Kaplan sales and administrative matters

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any field
