Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving company sales targets, conducting consultations and preview sessions, managing leads in SalesForce, delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with inter-departments on administrative and enrollment matters, and working closely with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Sales Consultant plays a vital role in achieving sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve company sales targets through proactive sales activities
- Conduct consultations and preview sessions to potential customers, providing detailed information about our products and services
- Manage leads in SalesForce, following the department's standard operating procedures for lead updates and tracking
- Uphold the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving customer compliments key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with inter-departments on administrative and enrollment matters to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Work cohesively with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives, providing input and support where applicable
- Report to the Team Manager on all sales and administrative matters related to Kaplan's products and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in administrative-related tasks, ensuring efficient processes and documentation management
- Strong negotiation skills, able to communicate value propositions effectively and close sales deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Technical competency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling effective data management and reporting

- Diploma in any field
